This experiential workshop provides proven strategies that will transform your ability to speak publicly. We will identify characteristics of adult learners and the most common barriers to learning. Participants will pinpoint the most effective method for presenting their ideas to an individual or group and they will develop an outline that will clarify the process and set them on the road to speaking success.

Enhancing Team Dynanics: The Egg Drop

This dynamic and engaging team building event focuses on creativity, communication and leadership skills for groups. Catering to groups of between 15 to100 participants. Groups are divided into teams and tasked with naming an "egg device." They must then design and construct a structure which will ensure the egg's safety when dropped from a height of eight feet. Finally, each team must create an "eggfomerical" that will be performed before the entire group. Teams are judged on the success of the device, as well as their marketing creativity and teamwork skills. De-briefing illustrates the importance of creativity, communication, leadership, teamwork and diversity.
